March 18: Bracketology with Denny Crum & Darrell Griffith

Jody Demling (host of Early Birds on 790KRD) hosts Hall of Fame Coach Denny Crum and Darrell Griffith for this year’s Bracketology event at the University Club. Fill out your bracket while our experts weigh in on their picks for the 2014 NCAA tournament. Tickets include buffet, drinks (cash bar), and a first round NCAA game watch party. Early bird registration is $20 (register by 3/17, full price at the door is $25).
April 1: Alumni Happy Hour
5 - 7 p.m. ET
Carrabba's Italian Grill
Don't miss this networking opportunity on the first Tuesday of each month for recent graduates and seasoned professionals to interact outside the office. Join us Tuesday, April 1 at Carrabba's Italian Grill. The event begins at 5 p.m. with drink specials and appetizers. The networking portion ends at 7 p.m.
Walk-ups are allowed, but space is limited.
April 4: UofL Day at Keeneland

And they're off! Don't miss Louisville Alumni Day at Keeneland on April 4, 2014 to reconnect with fellow alumni in the Lexington Room during opening day at the track. Price is $55/non-window and $65/window seat include a lunch buffet and program. This annual event usually sell out so register today. .
April 11: Tailgate Central at the Spring Game

Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium
Coach Petrino and the Cards are preparing for their inaugural season in the ACC, and we can’t wait until September for football! The Spring game is April 11, 2014, with a special 7:30 p.m. time at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, and Louisville Alumni will be there in style. Join us at Tailgate Central at 5 p.m. next to CardMarch for music, food and Cardinal spirit. No RSVP required.
May 3: The Kentucky Derby
Alumni clubs around the country are finalizing plans for their annual parties for the greatest two minutes in sports! If your heart longs to be in Louisville for the Derby, there can’t be a better solution than to sing My Old Kentucky Home with fellow UofL alumni – we’re even sending our clubs official Derby glasses for the mint juleps! The event will be at Volare on Frankfort Ave. in Louisville. The event begins at 5 p.m. and includes drink and appetizers specials. May 24: Run for the L of It 5k Run/Walk
8 a.m. ET
UofL's Belknap Campus
Our annual 5k run/walk will take place on Memorial Weekend on UofL's Belknap Campus! This family-friendly event will feature new elements including a race route through Belknap Campus, awards for age division winners & UofL-themed items for all finishers. You do not have to be a Louisville alumnus to participate. Early registration is $30/adults and $10/students until May 18.
June 7: Belmont Day at the Races

Our spring day at Churchill Downs, in conjunction with the Red Bard Alumni Association, is June 7, 2014. It's Belmont Stakes day, the third and final leg of the Triple Crown. This event features trademark Louisville Alumni hospitality with a delicious lunch buffet on Millionaire’s Row. Tickets are $40.
June 23: Alumni Invitational Golf Outing

Chariot Run at Horseshoe Casino
The 14th annual Golf Invitational will take place at Chariot Run Golf Course at Horseshoe Casino. Format for the tournament is a handicapped, five-person scramble. Lunch and the practice range will be available from 11 a.m., with a shotgun start at 12:45 p.m. Following the conclusion of play, the UofL Alumni Association will host a cocktail reception and awards ceremony to recognize sponsors, top finishers, and contest winners.
June 28: Quaker State 400 presented by Advance Auto Parts

UofL alumni and friends are invited to the Kentucky Speedway Cardinal Takeover for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Quaker State 400 presented by Advance Auto Parts. Receive entry, access to the Fan Zone, hospitality area, exclusive Louisville Alumni reception (including food, beverages, and cash bar), and the Thomas Rhett concert for only $140 before May 28 ($250 value) per person.
July 10: Night at the Bats

Nothing says Louisville summer like an evening at Slugger Field. The Bats will be taking on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs at 7 p.m. with special discounted tickets available for Louisville alumni. Enjoy $1 Bud and Bud Light beer throughout the stadium from 5:30 – 7 p.m., live music on the Overlook Deck, and a play area for the kids. Bring the whole family and see you at the ballpark!
July 13: Alumni Day at Cincinnati Reds

Great American Ballpark
Tracing their origins to baseball’s first openly professional team in 1869, join us to watch the Reds vs. Pirates in America’s pastime. This event is sponsored by the Northern Ky/Greater Cincinnati Alumni Club to help raise scholarship funds. So grab your ballcap and peanuts and see you at the game!
July 19: UofL Day at Kentucky Kingdom
