  VIP Shopping Opportunity Benefits the James Graham Brown Cancer Center

The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass, the new outlet mall opening in Simpsonville, KY, has teamed up with UofL’s James Graham Brown Cancer Center for a special preview event. Patrons will have an exclusive opportunity to shop the evening before the facility opens to the general public. Tickets are $50 with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Cancer Center.   UofL Officially ACC Members

More than a year after formally accepting the invitation, the University of Louisville is officially the newest member of the prestigious Atlantic Coast Conference. For UofL, membership in the ACC is not just about joining one of the nation’s premiere athletic conferences. It is a clear representation of the strides UofL has made, both academically and athletically, to fulfill our state mandate of becoming one of the nation’s best metropolitan research universities. Read more and view photos from the kickoff event.

 
         
    Last Chance for Spring Event Tickets

Tickets are still available for the final two summer Louisville Alumni events. Alumni Day at the Cincinnati Reds is this Sunday, July 13 at 1:10 p.m. with discount tickets ranging from $13-$25. Purchase Reds tickets.

UofL Day at Kentucky Kingdom is July 19, which includes entry to Hurricane Bay, buffet lunch, a fan fest with appearances by student athletes, coaches, and Louie the Cardinal, as well as UofL giveaways. The event is sponsored by the UofL Alumni Association and Body Shapes Medical. Tickets are $40 or $12/lunch only. Purchase Kentucky Kingdom tickets.

Earn your project management certificate from UofL Professional Development by December. This two-seminar program is based on the processes and knowledge areas in the Project Management Institute’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge®. The first seminar begins August 14.
