Greg Judge '87, '89, '93

Gregory R. Judge received his Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 1987, his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management in 1989, and his Master of Business Administration in 1993, all from the University of Louisville. Judge is the recipient of the 2020 Alumni Professional Award in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville J. B. Speed School of Engineering.

Judge is a co-founder and former President of MHS Global. MHS Global was founded in 1999 by Judge, Scott McReynolds and Tony Mouser. The company, based in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, employs over 2,000 worldwide. MHS Global is a single-source provider of material handling automation and software solutions.

Together, Judge, McReynolds, and Mouser grew MHS Global into a nearly $5 billion enterprise that counts among its customers some of the world’s largest logistics providers and e-commerce retailers. In 2017, MHS’s three co-founders established MHS Europe. Also in 2017, the trio led MHS to a recapitalization in partnership with Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. followed by a series of acquisitions that expanded the company’s global footprint, capabilities and product and service lines. MHS Global has been a significant contributor to the Speed School, the City of Louisville, and the State of Kentucky.

Prior to co-founding MHS, Judge worked for companies including Northrop Grumman and Sandvik Sorting Systems.

Greg and his wife, Connie, reside in the Louisville area. They have two children, Allie and Evan.
